Ms. Yu Zhang

| Ms. Yu Zhang has been in the industry since 1980. In 2000, she was promoted to General Manager of Baolong Logistics and was responsible for many of the company's recent business achievements, including: |

| 1) Evolving from a market distributed delivery system to a centralized distribution system, (as exemplified in book logistics, with over 1,000 stable clients). |

| 2) Constructing a target management and assessment system for each department. |

3) Establishing a short-wave GPS remote tracking system that enables Baolong Logistics, and customers alike, to track cargo instantly.

Mr. Jianlun Jing
CFO aged 47

Mr. Jianlun Jing was formerly the Chief Accountant of Nankou Train Factory for the Railways Ministry from July 1980 to August 1985. Thereafter, he was appointed Accountant of the Beijing Timbering Anticorrosion Factory, later becoming Finance Manager. Mr. Jing entered the first National Accounting Knowledge competition and won the second prize for Northern China. He joined Baolong Logistics in June 2002 and was promoted to Finance Manager in 2004. He is in charge of all financial tasks and performs evaluations and writes suggested improvements for the company's financial and administrative processes and procedures. His contributions include strengthening financial monitoring, reallocating funds, tax-planning, expenditure-reduction, and assisting management with important finance-related decisions.

Miss Xiangrong Xie

Miss Xiangrong Xie graduated from Shijiazhuang University of Economics with a bachelor degree in Business. She joined the HR department at TCL Group in 2003. In 2006, she was recruited by Baolong Logistics and was assigned the task of development planning and as a secretary. Over the past year she has been responsible for several valuable suggestions, greatly contributing to company's development, and providing essential support for the company's book logistics business.

Mr. Jingxue Sun

Mr. Jingxue Sun is the founder of Baolong Logistics, which he established in 1992. Under his management, Baolong Logistics has developed into a specialized company dedicated to logistical systems, large volume cargo storage and shipment logistics through railway, road, and air. The company has more than 20 branches, approximately 80,000 square meters of warehouse space, and is ranked No. 1 in the book logistics industry in China.
